besides..

..besides! i'm at home know, meaning the village in germany where i grew up. the most fascinating on coming back were the colours of the nature. strong, dark greens, nearly incredible reds of roses, it is hard to describe. furthermore, i think a digital image doesn't even get close to the real experience, but at least it gives an impression. if you'd like to see it: click here. note that i did no post-processing to the image (except cropping). if you have a cathode ray tube-type monitor (remember, the BIG, HEAVY ones, not the ones like in the portable computers), i think it gives a rather good impression of the real colours.
